  • Resolved over 300 technical issues on-site and remotely by installing new products and troubleshooting PCs, laptops, multifunctional printers, projector screens, and enterprise software.
  • Diagnosed LAN connectivity issues, deployed 3 Synology NAS systems for secure backup and data security and installed UPS to minimise server and operational downtime.

Remote Cybersecurity Intern

Mossé Cybersecurity Institute • Part time (Remote - Australia)
  • Performed vulnerability assessments, used Metasploit to exploit MS17-010 and Mimikatz to escalate privileges.
  • Automated tasks by developing PowerShell scripts for Windows services, registry edits and improved security.
  • Tested PHP web applications to identify vulnerabilities like web shells and XSS filter bypass, and implemented strong password policies, CSRF protection, brute-force prevention and clickjacking prevention.
  • Created YARA rules for malware detection and conducted threat hunting across multiple machines.

  • Optimised and tested EEPROM and Flash memory files, successfully cloning and testing over 60 electronic control units (ECUs) for Audi, BMW, Renault, Škoda, and Volkswagen vehicles.
  • Performed soldering on SMD, processor, and memory chips using contact, hot-air, and infrared methods and manufactured wire harness and loop for ECU test benches.

Special Olympics World Games Host Town Program
Volunteered as student assistant with Lebenshilfe Brandenburg - Postdam e.V. for the Host Town Program (13.06.2023 to 15.06.2023) in Brandenburg an der Havel, Germany before the Special Olympics World Games Berlin 2023.
  • Introduced Malaysia as a country and its culture to the German event organisers during meeting preparations for the purpose of hospitability.
  • Translated German to English / Bahasa Melayu and vice-versa in real-time during the event.
  • Helped out during the event where needed.
